My talks are grounded in my professional experience and the valuable lessons I've learned from leading DEI initiatives. As an experienced speaker, I have delivered over 50 keynotes and public speeches on DEI to diverse audiences both in Finland and internationally.

 

My approach is pragmatic and actionable, offering practical examples of integrating DEI into an organisation’s business, core processes, and culture. I explain these often complex topics in a language that a business leader understands and a way they can relate to. I share tips from my own DEI journey in leading organisational change and highlight how to avoid common pitfalls in DEI work.
